The free gift is available with selected phone models only. The qualifying models will be clearly marked on the product pages. If your chosen model isn’t included, you can still join the Christmas Club and benefit from reservation and instalment options.

Yes absolutely! Once you have made your final payment, we will have your phone shipped out right away. Delivery generally takes 1-3 working days to arrive.

Yes, you can cancel before the phone is ready or shipped. Once it’s prepared for collection, cancellations become difficult or impossible. If you do cancel, any paid instalments will be refunded (minus any processing fees. A maximum of 5% may be deducted from your overall refund if you wish to cancel your Christmas Club).

Yes, stock is limited. When models are marked “sold out” or “no longer available for reservation,” you cannot reserve them. Qualifying models for the free AirPods may also run out, so early reservation is recommended.

We advise ensuring you are picking the right phone before you place your deposit. Switching models is usually only possible before stock is allocated or reserved. Once your reservation is locked in and processed, changes may not be allowed.
